Himalayan Cristal Salt Lamps gives a serene glow

Himalayazout geldt in het gebied van herkomst, de zuid-westelijke Himalaya, van oudsher als bijzonder kostbaar en geneeskrachtig. Volgens de overlevering stamt het zoutsteen uit de tijd van de schepping van hemel en aarde, uit het oerwater. Diep in het binnenste van de Himalaya werd oerwater omgevormd tot zoutkristal waarin Scheppingskracht  is opgeslagen.

De zoutmythe blijkt wonderwel overeen te stemmen met wetenschappelijke feiten.

Our crystal salt lamps are carved by hand from solid blocks of pure crystal salt that has been excavated from pristine sea beds in the Himalayan Mountains and Polish salt caves. Himalayan crystal salt lamps come in different shapes, sizes, and weights. Many prefer the natural shape salt lamps as they lend to the nature and the environment while encouraging good health. The rock salt that makes up each of these lamps, which are unique in form and color, was formed two hundred million years ago.
